Terms of service

Payments for custom products are due up front, and once a design has been approved, there are no returns or refunds. We provide a warranty for any defects in craftsmanship, but not for normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Returns are accepted for non-custom products within 10 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any disputes should be submitted through our contact page, and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
